Fat Preservation
Too often patients are extremely eager to have fats removed in their upper eyelid. The term ‘fats’ seem to have a negative connotation; little that they know that in this circumstance, fats in the upper lid region gives a youthful appearance and reduce the signs of aging. Over zealous doctors give in to their patient request and the patient pays a price a few years down the road.
Some developed unpleasant triple eyelid folds while others have a deep sulcus at the margin of the eye socket, giving a hollow out appearance and being older than their real age. You would want to look good not just at present but in the future as well.
