hi. im a 19 yr old who is interested in the open double eyelid surgery. my eyes are towards the longish shape. how can i determine if it it is better for me to have my fats removed from the eye? will the healing process be longer should i have my eyelid fats removed? what is the downtime like? can you suggest a doctor who charges about 2k or less? thanks.
